For our first ever Project with the Stockwell team, Cartella delivered the Electrical Services for the development of Flagstone Shopping Centre. Formally Flagstone Village Convenience centre, the redevelopment consisted of the following major features:
- Upper level commercial space
- 20+ Specialty shops
- Learn to Swim Pool Centre
- Fast Food Outlets
- Liquor Store
- Carpark
- Service station
- Alterations to the exiting shopping precinct
Cartella provided all design, labour, materials, plant, equipment and certification necessary to complete the Electrical Services for the project in their entirety, including;
- Electrical Reticulation
- Switchboards and Distribution boards
- Electrical Fixtures and Fittings
- Cable Tray and support systems
- All Luminaires, Emergency and Exit Lighting
