Over the last three years, Cartella are proud to have carried out the tenancy de-fit, rough-in and fit off for all of Epic Hair Design’s new Salon’s that have opened up around the South-East Queensland area. The number of new Salon’s opened in the last three years is a testament to the success of the business and Cartella have been the preferred Fit-out contractor for 8 Salon’s in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Our Electricians carried out all tenancy works as per site plans and the owners scope;
- full disconnect and make safe of all electrical, security and mechanical items in existing tenancy ready for demo
- roughed in all new services for power, lighting and data
- fit off and recommission of the mechanical system
- Reconfigured and Relocated the switch board as per tenants requirements
- cut out and fit off of all the lighting, power, data and speciality lighting throughout
- Fit off and commission of CCTV, appliances, speakers, alarms system
- running and fitting off the hot water system
- extending and running the AC mains cable and fitting suitable man hole access panels for services in the BOH area
- Relocated the thermostat control.
